People-centred approach

Eurogate Logistics started with a simple idea. Move things well. Over decades, we built something that matters across the continent.

Real growth is never driven by one person alone. It is built by people working together with shared goals, clear direction and a collective commitment to moving the business forward. Our leadership team helps bring that alignment across Eurogate, uniting people behind one vision.

Our Leadership

George Nagy

Chairman & CEO

George founded Eurogate Logistics in 1990. His view of the business has stayed the same the whole way through: this is a relationship business first and a transport business second. You move the goods well enough that the customer comes back. More than thirty years on, the company works across eight countries and 16 offices, and it is still run by the family that started it.

Adam Nagy

Group Managing Director

Adam runs Eurogate Logistics as Group Managing Director. He has been part of building the company alongside George for years, and now looks after the day-to-day across the network. The company has grown a lot in that time, but the way it works has not really changed: stay close to customers, keep the people who know the job, and take the long view rather than chasing the next quarter.

How the Group Supports Customers

Eurogate’s operating model is built around territory knowledge, corridor management and direct support from experienced teams across the network. Customers with multi-corridor requirements can also be supported through dedicated multi-lane coordination.
