Hungary was one of the markets the group grew up around, and the Budapest office has been here long enough to know how the country actually works. Customs practice here rewards people who have done it before, national rules can shift at short notice, and the carrier and supplier relationships that hold for years are the ones built face to face. A local team means you deal with people in your own language and time zone, close enough to the freight to act on a problem the same day. The Budapest offices also hold specialisms the wider group draws on: air freight worked at the airport, rail and intermodal routings, and temperature-controlled road work. Behind that local team sits the European group, so a Hungarian shipment moves on the same network as everything else Eurogate runs.
Eurogate’s offices provide local access to the wider network and support coordination across domestic and cross-border movements.
Eurogate has grown through consistency and local expertise. The Group supports complex, high-volume supply chains while maintaining a practical, people-led approach.
Capability is built around experienced teams and clear communication, with systems supporting the work.

Eurogate is a freight forwarder with two Hungarian offices, in Budapest and at Budapest Airport, part of the Eurogate Logistics Group. From here the team arranges road, sea, air, rail and intermodal freight, along with customs and project cargo, to and from destinations across Europe and further afield.
There are two: the head office in Budapest at Hűvösvölgyi út 89, and the air freight desk at Budapest Airport in Vecsés. Phone numbers and addresses for both are listed above on this page.
Road, air, rail and intermodal, and temperature-controlled freight are all handled by the Hungarian team, with customs handled by Eurogate's in-house customs team (/services/customs-brokerage). The air freight desk sits at Budapest Airport. Tell the team your origin, destination and service and they route it through the right office in the network.
Hungarian and English. The Budapest team works in your time zone, so enquiries and changes are handled by people you can reach directly during the working day.
Since the group's earliest years. Hungary is one of the markets Eurogate was built around, which is why the Budapest office holds some of the group's deeper air, intermodal and temperature-controlled experience.
Send us your origin, destination and what you are moving. The right Hungarian office picks it up, and someone will call if that is the quicker way to sort it.
